Quality, Spring loaded, hardened tool steel (R58) Flush Cutters with cushion grip handles. Cut copper wire up to 1mm (0.04in)
Used for trimming PC Board component leads

Spring is great
Having a spring in your wire cutters is great and this is no exception. These also seem very durable.
